We hired Vance to do radon abatement at a house were selling, and I was very impressed by his reasonable price and nice work. Instead of just sticking an ugly PVC pipe up the side of the building, he uses gutter material and it looks just like another downspout. Nice job, quickly done, well done, and at a cost less than everybody else's. We highly recommend him!

Rick finished the work in about 2 hours. He brought paint that matched so when he was finished installing the pipe and fan, he painted it to match the building, per Condo Management specifications. I can't speak to price as another company that was to send a quote never did. I liked Rick and went with my gut feeling. I'm glad I did!

The RDV team was very prompt in responding to the issue with a high Radon reading at my home. Since Radon is the number 2 cause for lung cancer, it was important to resolve this issue quickly for our health. I found the RDV service of consultation, delivery/installation to be very professional and painless. They installed a Radon pump in only a few hours Our initial Radon reading on our Digital Radon Detector was over 7.2 and dropped to only .31 within hours!

Clearly, a potentially very deadly medical issue was averted! We can not say enough how we love RDV Environmental Services.

RDV provided the best support for my radon mediation needs. The communication was great. The install was with quality, done very efficiently. RDV is very knowledgeable of the sciences of radon, gave me options of what/where to install the system. My updated sump pumps along with this radon system gives me piece of mind for many years to come. Thanks to RDV Environmental Services.

Quick and clean

Rick (owner) was very professional and did the work himself. He was easy to work with, showed up on time, and worked to fit my needs. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Small company and service oriented.

Richard was prompt, did good work, and installed a system that I have since confirmed has fixed not our issue (new tests have confirmed this). Additionally - the system is always on but is so quiet and installed so well (and run through parts of the house that are very low traffic) you wouldn't even know it was there unless you were probably a professional contractor who knew to ask or look.

Rick is the best! He's very professional and efficient. He will not charge you for extras you don't need. I wasn't sure if there was already a pre-installed pipe that vented outside when the house was built- so he quoted a price to include a pipe. When he arrived, he noticed that it did indeed have this pipe, so he charged me less. Because of this, he was able to install the fan to the existing pipe in the attic- which worked out great! He then connected the pipe to the sump then sealed it. I really value his honesty- since it seems that some of our neighbors had a separate exterior pipe installed even though we all had the same builder. Highly recommended!

No issues with their work. Tech actually showed up earlier than scheduled.
